I went on a class filed trip to the AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario), I'm not going to lie and say I learned new things about art in general but I was fascinated by certain works of art that widened my perspective on what art truly is. One of the pieces i found to be very interesting and unique was an excellent example of creativity talent and effort. This piece is called "Stretch #1" and its by Evan Penny.
It is a sculpture of a distorted image of a man made of silicone, pigment, hair and fabric. It is so life like that it seems real from a foot away. It absolutely blew my mind. I had to look at it from all angles to even believe what i was seeing.
